Ingredients

 6 to 8 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced
 French dressing1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 cup {1 medium) chopped onion or green onions
 1/2 cup chopped pickle or pickle relish
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 6 hard cooked eggs, chopped
 Celery stalks4 , chopped
 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

Directions

Toss warm potato slices with French dressing, onion, pickles, salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Just before serving, mix in egg, celery and mayonnaise.
