Party Potato Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 to 8 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced | ||
| French dressing | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup {1 medium) chopped onion or green onions | ||
| 1/2 cup chopped pickle or pickle relish | ||
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 6 hard cooked eggs, chopped | ||
| Celery stalks | 4 , chopped | |
| 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
Directions
Toss warm potato slices with French dressing, onion, pickles, salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Just before serving, mix in egg, celery and mayonnaise.
