Ingredients
2 pkgs. (12 oz. each) frozen sliced peaches, thawed
2 pkgs. (3 oz. each) orange flavored gelatin
2 cups ginger ale
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup maraschino cherries, quartered
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
Directions
Drain and set peaches aside, reserving syrup.
Add enough water to syrup to make 1 1/2 cups; bring to boiling.
Add boiling liquid to gelatin in a bowl and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Mix in ginger ale and lemon juice.
Chill until slightly thicker than thick, unbeaten egg white.
Blend in peaches and remaining ingredients.
Spoon into twelve 1/2 cup individual molds.
Chill until firm.
Unmold onto chilled salad plates.
