| Dash of Worcestershire sauce | ||
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 3 ham slices, 1 inch thick | ||
| Onions | 2 , sliced | |
| Green peppers | 2 To taste, sliced | |
Directions
Make marinade by combining red wine, catsup, brown sugar, wine vinegar, water,worcestershire sauce and mustard.
Let ham slices stand in marinade at least 1 hour.
Arrange ham slices in baking dish; top with thin slices onion and green pepper.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
