40 to 50 grapefruit
Fresh mint
Water to cover
Directions
Squeeze 10 pink grapefruit.
Fill a star-shaped mold with the juice and place in the freezer.
Squeeze the remaining grapefruit.
Pick a handful of fresh mint, place in a small pan, cover with water, and simmer a few minutes.
Strain and add to grapefruit juice.
Serve very cold, over ice mold.
