Ingredients
2 (7 oz.) cans crab, drained
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup flour
3 1/4 cups milk
1 teaspoon minced onion (or 1/2 tsp. instant)
1 1/4 cup uncooked macaroni shells
1 (18 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1/3 cup sherry
1/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
Flake crab.
Melt butter in medium saucepan - remove from heat and stir in flour and seasonings.
Gradually stir in milk and bring to boil, stirring constantly - simmer 5 minutes and set aside.
Cook macaroni; drain artichoke and combine with crab, sherry, macaroni mix with sauce and turn into casserole.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake 20 minutes at 350°.
