4 ounces blue cheese
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup chopped toasted
Diamond Walnuts
1/2 cup chopped parsley
Directions
In medium bowl, beat blue cheese and cream cheese until well blended.
Stir in green pepper, garlic powder, and 1/4 cup of the walnuts.
Cover; chill until firm.
Shape cheese mixture into a ball; roll in remaining walnuts and the parsley.
Chill until serving time.
Serve with assorted crisp crackers and dried apricots, if desired.
