Party Cheese Ball Recipe
If you ask me, this Party Cheese Ball recipe is the best in the world. That is why I am so excited about sharing this with you. This is the best recipe of Milk Product I have ever made. Trust me, once you taste this Party Cheese Ball you are bound to prepare it again!
Ingredients
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese
3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (about 4 ounces)
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
1/4 cup minced onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Finely snipped parsley
Directions
Place cheeses in small mixer bowl; let stand at room temperature until softened.
Add onion and Worcestershire sauce; blend on low speed.
Beat on medium speed until fluffy, scraping side and bottom of bowl.
Cover; chill at least 8 hours.
Shape mixture into 1 large ball or into thirty to thirty-six 1-inch balls.
Roll in parsley; place on serving plate.
Cover; chill 2 hours or until firm.
Arrange small crisp crackers around large ball and serve as a spread.
To serve small balls, insert a pick in each and serve with crackers.
