| Hollandaise sauce | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) |

Directions
Remember to have your friendly butcher bone the breasts.
Soak the dried mushrooms in the 1/2 C of water for one hour.
Brown breasts in butter.
Add chicken soup, dried mushrooms and the water in which they were soaked.
Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes, adding water as necessary.
Stir in the sliced mushrooms and sherry and simmer for another five minutes.
Arrange the chicken breasts with sauce on a large serving platter.
Spread breasts with hollandaise sauce and place under the broiler for just a minute or two until bubbly and brown.
Serve with instant rice.
