Party Style Artichokes Recipe
Ingredients
3 Tbsp. butter
Garlic
Salt
Artichokes, number desired
Directions
In 1 cup glass measuring cup melt butter (high) 45 seconds.
Add garlic salt to taste.
Set aside.
Snip thistles off artichoke stems.
Place on small glass plate.
Pour autter mixture over artichoke and wrap in wax paper.
Microwave high) according to artichoke times rotating 1/4 turn halfway through cooking.
Rest 5 minutes covered.
