Ingredients

 1 medium head broccoli, cut into florets
 Carrots2 Medium, sliced
 Onion1 Medium, chopped
 Green bell pepper1 Medium, sliced
 Celery stick1 , chopped
 Apple1 Large, cubed
 Cottage cheese250 Gram, cubed
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon (Dressing)
 Ground black pepper1/2 Teaspoon (Dressing)
 Dried thyme1/4 Teaspoon (Dressing)
 Dried basil1/4 Teaspoon (Dressing)
 Dried marjoram1/4 Teaspoon (Dressing)
 Prepared mustard1 Teaspoon (Dressing)
 Egg1 (Dressing)
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), chopped (Dressing)
 1 tsp any non-synthetic vinegar
 3 tbsp curd made from fat-free milk, whisked
 Oil2 Tablespoon (Dressing)
 Sunflower seeds1 Tablespoon (Garnish)

Directions

Combine all vegetables, apple and paneer in a large bowl and toss well to mix.
Place all ingredients for dressing except curd and oil in a blender and blend till well mixed.
Whisk curd with 2 tbsp water.
With the machine running, slowly pour in oil and then curd, and continue blending till smooth.
Roast sunflower seeds in a dry pan till light gold.
Just before serving, sprinkle a little dressing over salad, toss to mix and garnish with sunflower seeds.
Serve at room temperature with remaining dressing in a small bowl.
