Party Punch Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 can apricot nectar | ||
| 1 c. strong hot tea, comfrey, or alfalfa | ||
| Honey | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange juice | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 medium can unsweetened crushed pineapple | ||
| Sparkling water | 1 Pint | |
| Ginger ale | 1 Quart | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In ice cube trays, add apricot nectar and freeze to make 2-3 doz cubes.
2) In a bowl, add honey, pour hot tea over the honey, stir well; now add the orange and lemon juice , chill.
3) In a punch bowls, place fruit juice cubes , add the tea, juice mixture, finally add crushed pineapple, sparkling water and ginger ale, just before serving.
SERVING
3) Garnish with sprigs of mint and serve chilled.
