Party Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 pork chops,1 1/2 inches thick | ||
| All-purpose flour | ||
| Butter | ||
| Evaporated milk | 1 Can (10oz), undiluted | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Mushroom | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or cashews | ||
| Minced parsley | ||
| Salt, pepper, and paprika | ||

Directions
Season pork chops to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika; dredge with flour.
Brown quickly in a small amount of butter.
Place chops in shallow baking pan and pour evaporated milk over.
Bake in preheated slow oven (325°F.) for 1 hour.
Add mushrooms and the mushroom soup, and bake for 30 minutes longer.
Sprinkle with walnuts which have been browned lightly in butter and with minced parsley.
