 Ground beef3 Pound
 Onions2 , chopped
 1 1-lb. 13-oz. can tomatoes
 Tomato Paste1 6 Ounce
 Chili powder4 Teaspoon
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Hot Sauce1/2 Teaspoon
 1 12-oz. package corn muffin mix
 Parmesan cheese1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated

Directions

Saute the beef and onions in a deep saucepan for about 10 minutes or until beef is browned, stirring occasionally.
Drain off fat.
Pour into a 3-quart casserole.
Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, salt and hot sauce and mix.
Prepare the corn muffin mix according to package directions and spread batter over top of casserole.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in a 400-degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until crust is brown.
