1 stick Pie Crust Sticks
2 tablespoons boiling water
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons flaked coconut
1/4 cup slivered or chopped almonds
Directions
Crumble pie crust stick into mixing bowl.
Add boiling water and 1/4 cup coconut.
Stir with a fork until dough holds together in a ball.
Roll out on floured surface to a circle 1 1/2 inches larger than inverted 9-inch pie pan.
Fit loosely into pie pan.
Form a rim; flute edge.
Prick generously with a fork.
Bake at 450° for 10 to 12 minutes.
