Party Pecans Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 teaspoons each ground cumin, chili powder, and garlic pepper | ||
| 1 teaspoon each ground ginger, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper | ||
| Olive oil | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Pecan halves | 8 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°.
Mix spices together in bowl.
Heat olive oil in saute pan over low heat.
Add spices, mix well, and simmer 3 minutes.
Add pecans to bowl, pour spice and oil mixture over, and toss well.
Spread pecans in a single layer on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes.
Repeat until all the nuts are baked.
Return pecans (and any stray crumbs left on the baking sheet) to bowl and toss again.
Cover and set aside at least 2 hours before serving.
