Ingredients

 Ground beef1 pound
 1 tablespoon each finely chopped onion and parsley
 Soft bread crumbs1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 egg, slightly beaten
 Milk2 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Garlic salt1/4 Teaspoon
 1/8 teaspoon each allspice and cloves

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Form into 40 balls (about 1 inch in diameter). Place 8 balls in a circle on 5 individual paper plates and cover with waxed paper. For each plate, cook in microwave oven 1 1/2 minutes at HIGH.
3. Serve meatballs with fancy picks.
