Party Meat Logs Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg | 1 | |
| Tomato juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bread | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Seasoning salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 teapoon celery salt | ||
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| 8 slices processed American cheese | ||
| 8 buttered frankfurter rolls | ||
Directions
MAKING
1)In a bowl, mix egg, tomato juice, bread cubes, seasoning salt and celery salt.
2)Add in the ground beef and mix well.
3)In the refrigerator, chill the meat mixture.
4)Form 8 portions out of the meat mixture. Turn each portion into an oblong patty about 4 inches long.
5)On a grill, broil the patties over the hot embers till they are done.
SERVING
6)Remove from the grill.
7)Keep a a slice of cheese on each frankfurter bun, and on top of it keep a patty and serve hot.
