Creamy Party Ham Ring Recipe
This lovely party ham ring is a gelatin ham ring prepared with celery. Flavored with sour cream along with either mayo or salad dressing, the party ham ring is chilled to serve and can be garnished with celery sticks.
Ingredients
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| White vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cooked ham | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Green onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
In saucepan, soften gelatin in 1 cup cold water; stir over low heat till gelatin is dissolved.
Cool slightly.
Beat in sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, and salt with rotary beater till smooth.
Chill till partially set; then whip till fluffy.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 5 1/2 cup ring mold.
Chill till firm.
