Party Cheese Ball Recipe
In my opinion to call yourself a chef one must have personal recipe of Party Cheese Ball, just like I do. The most essential ingredient in Party Cheese Ball is always Cheese. This Party Cheese Ball recipe is sure to sweep you off your feet!
Ingredients
2 8-ounce packages Cream Cheese, softened
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Brand Sharp Natural Cheddar Cheese
1 tablespoon chopped pimento
1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Dash of ground red pepper
Dash of salt
Chopped pecans
Directions
Combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
Add all remaining ingredients except pecans; mix well.
Chill several hours.
Shape into ball; roll in pecans.
