Party Burgers Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 2 Pound | |
| Soft breadcrumbs - 1 cup | ||
| Burgundy - 3/4 cup | ||
| Mushroom stems and pieces - 1 (4-ounce) can, drained | ||
| Onion salt - 2 teaspoons | ||
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a large add first 9 ingredients and combine.
2. Shape into 8 patties.
3. Broil or grill for 4 to 5 inches from heat 5 minutes on each side.
SERVING
4. Serve in hamburger buns.
