Party Burgers Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 30 Milliliter | |
| 3 medium onions, sliced into rings | ||
| 6 beefburgers | ||
| 6 rashers of bacon | ||
| Tomato sauce | 200 Gram, baked | |
| 6 sesame buns | ||
| Cheddar Cheese | 100 Gram, grated | |
Directions
Heat the oven to 325°F (170°C/Gas 3).
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion rings over a gentle heat until soft and slightly browned, about 10—15 minutes.
Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel.
Keep hot in the oven in an ovenproof dish.
Fry or grill the beefburgers and bacon on both sides, about 10-15 minutes.
Remove from the pan, drain and keep hot in the oven.
Heat the baked beans in a small saucepan.
Slice each bun in half across the middle.
Lay a beefburger on the bottom half of each bun and then add a spoonful of baked beans, a piece of bacon, and a handful of grated cheese.
Top with the onion rings.
Place the other halves of the buns on top and serve immediately.
