Party Blue Cheese Spread Recipe

| Water | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cream cheese | 3 Ounce, softened (1 package) | |
| Milk | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Blue cheese | 1⁄4 Pound, crumbled | |
| Sour cream | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Green peppers/Finely chopped walnuts | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Teaspoon |

Directions
Heat at HIGH 2 1/2 to 3 minutes, or until gelatin is dissolved; stir twice.
Add lemon juice; cool slightly.
Blend cream cheese and milk until smooth; stir in blue cheese, sour cream, green pepper, Worcestershire and gelatin mixture.
Turn into 3-cup mold or bowl and chill until firm.
Unmold and serve with crackers as a spread.
