Party Bake Pork Chops Recipe
Party Bake Pork Chops is a meal in itself and is perfect for an elaborate weekday dinner. This tasty dish is my husbands favorite and it is not so difficult to put together. Try this excellent Party Bake Pork Chops recipe at home!

Ingredients
| 4 lean pork chops,1" thick | ||
| 4 thin slices onion | ||
| Uncooked instant rice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Trim any excess fat from chops.
Season chops well on both sides with salt and pepper.
Brown on both sides in lightly greased hot skillet.
Top each chop with a slice of onion, 1 tbsp. rice, and cover with whole tomatoes.
Add any remaining tomatoes and juice to skillet.
Season with salt.
Cover tightly; simmer over low heat or bake in foil-covered baking dish, 11 1/2x7 1/2xl 1/2", in 350° (mod.) oven 1 1/2 hr., or until tender.
