Party Appetizer Pie Recipe

Ingredients
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons milk
1 jar (2 1/2 ounces) diced dried beef, finely chopped
2 tablespoons instant minced onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Directions
Blend cream cheese and milk in 1 quart mixing bowl.
Add dried beef, onion, green pepper and pepper.
Mix well.
Stir in sour cream.
Spread evenly on 8-inch pie plate.
Cover with waxed paper.
MICROWAVE 2 MINUTES, 15 SECONDS on HIGH, or until entire mixture is hot.
Let stand 2 minutes to firm slightly.
Sprinkle with walnuts.
Add dried beef, onion, green pepper and pepper.
Mix well.
Stir in sour cream.
