Parsnips Au Gratin Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 6 med. parsnips, peeled and cooked | ||
| American Cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
Melt butter; blend in flour.
Add milk; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add salt and pepper.
Slice parsnips; place in greased baking dish.
Pour sauce over top.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in 350- degree oven for 30 minutes.
