Parsley Potatoes Recipe

1 large onion, chopped
 
1 large clove garlic, minced
 
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
 
5 medium-size red potatoes, peeled and cubed
 
1 cup water
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
 
1/3 cup chopped parsley

Directions

Saute onion and garlic in butter in a large skillet until tender.
Add potatoes, water, and seasonings.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until tender.
Drain liquid, and discard, top potatoes with parsley.
