Parsley Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomatoes | 2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or 1 tablespoon parsley flakes | ||
| 1/2 cup wine vinegar or cider vinegar | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning or crushed oregano, if desired | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients; toss lightly.
Chill, covered, at least 2 hours.
Drain extra liquid.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
