Parsley Noodles Recipe
Ingredients
11/2 quarts water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 (12-ounce) package medium egg noodles
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Combine water and salt in a small Dutch oven; bring to a boil.
Add noodles, and boil 7 to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally; drain.
Combine noodles and parsley; toss well.
