Parsleyed Fish Broil Recipe
Ingredients
| Fish fillets | 2 Pound, 3/4 - 1 inch thick (or steaks) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted | |
| Lemon juice | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Snipped parsley | 2 Tablespoon |

Directions
Grease rack in broiler pan and place in oven to heat.
Season fish with salt and pepper.
Mix remaining ingredients; brush some of the butter mixture on fish.
Broil fish 2 to 3 inches from heat 3 to 5 minutes or until brown.
Brush with butter mixture; turn carefully and brush again.
Broil 3 to 5 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Serve with remaining butter mixture.
