Parsley Potatoes Recipe

1 lb. new potatoes (4 medium)
 
2 tbsp. butter
 
2 tbsp. minced parsley

Directions

Wash potatoes thoroughly.
Cook, covered, in boiling salted water 30 to 40 min., until tender.
Pare.
Melt butter in skillet, remove from heat, mix in parsley.
Toss potatoes with mixture until coated.
