Parsley Potato Salad With Dressing Recipe

 Parsley1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 Green pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1/4 cup minced celery tops
 1/4 cup chopped green onions
 Dill pickle1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 8 cups diced cooked potatoes
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Mayonnaise1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4 cup clear French dressing
 Salt2 1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon

Directions

Mix 1/4 cup of the parsley with next four ingredients; take out half of mixture and to it add rest of parsley; set aside.
Toss remainder of mixture with potatoes and celery.
Combine mayonnaise, dressing, seasonings; add to salad.
Toss.
Pack lightly into 8x8x2-inch pan or shallow 2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle reserved parsley mixture on top.
Chill.
Lift out servings with pancake turner.
