3 tbsp (45 ml) flour
1/4 CUP (60 ml) milk
1 egg
2 tsp (10 ml) chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
2 tsp (10 ml) butter
Directions
– In a bowl, combine all dough ingredients.
– In a skillet, melt butter and cook 2 crepes. Slice into julienne strips and put a little in the bottom of each bowl. Pour in hot consomme.
