Parsley Sauce Recipe
The parsley sauce is prepared with plain yogurt and chopped parsley. Combined together with vinegar and salt to taste, the parsley sauce is a chilled sauce and can be served over salad greens, meat, fish or spaghetti.
Ingredients
| 1 8-ounce container plain yogurt | ||
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| White vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Serve chilled over salad greens, cold ham or cold chicken or heat and serve over hot fish or hot spaghetti.
