Parsley And Mushroom Cream Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Mushrooms | 4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 1 1/2 cups medium White Sauce | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Melt the butter in a saucepan and saute the mushrooms until lightly browned.
Remove from the heat and add the white sauce, parsley, salt and pepper.
Stir well, and return to the heat for 2-3 minutes.
