Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Parsley and Basil Recipe Video
This is an extremely simple, quick and easy recipe for a pork tenderloin. The flavor of fresh basil and parsley and simple spice make the dish much more favored.
1 pound Pork tenderloin
Dijon mustard paste
Fresh parsley and basil
In a lightly oiled skillet brown pork tenderloin. Sprinkle some salt and pepper. Seer the pork for 5 minutes. Coat the pork with dijon mustard paste. Cover the pork with finely chopped basil and parsley. Now bake it for 25 minutes at 400 F. Rest for pork for 5 minutes, slice and serve.
