Paratha is the Indian flat bread made with all purpose flour or whole wheat flour. It is served with vegetables, curries and dals. Parathas can be made in different varieties like plain or stuffed or lachha. It is a healthy way to eat, when stuffed with vegetables like cauliflower or potato or even with paneer.
Ingredients
Paratha dough balls
3 tbsp canola oil
Directions
1. Apply some oil on your palms and spread the balls with your hands.
2. Spread the balls from centre to the edges.
3. Toss it in a manner that the balls spreads and stretches into a thin flat layer.
4. Apply some oil on the surface of the paratha and lift it to roll it spirals.
