Parathas can be made in different varieties like plain or stuffed or lachha. It is a healthy way to eat, when stuffed with vegetables like cauliflower or potato or even with paneer.

1. Bake parathas on a medium low heat from both the sides until done.
2. Apply ghee on both sides of paratha while baking.
3. Continue baking until it is golden brown from each side.
4. Buff it with hands.
5. Serve it with curry or dal.
