Parmesan Muffin Tuilles Recipe Video
Parmesan tuilles are a great party recipe. They are small cheese bowls that you can eat and serve anything in. Parmesan tuilles are the perfect addition to a baby shower menu, wedding shower menu or dinner party menu.
Ingredients
Parmesan cheese, shredded
Cracked pepper
Directions
Use a silicone based parchment paper placed on a baking sheet and divide the cheese into two parts on to it.
Sprinkle with cracked pepper.
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Bake for 3-4 minutes for the cheese to turn golden brown.
Take it out and immediately scrape it off the sheet onto a muffin tin.
Place it over a muffin mould.
Press down the center of it so that it takes the shape of the muffin mould.
Let it cool a little.
Lift it up and place it on a plate.
You can now fill it up with anything you want!
