Parmesan Popovers Recipe
Parmesan Popovers has luscious taste. The eggs and cheese give sthe Parmesan Popovers a velvety taste.
Ingredients
| 3 eggs, slightly beaten | ||
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tablespoons cooking or salad oil | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| All purpose flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
Directions
Beat eggs, milk, oil, and salt together in a small bowl until blended.
Add flour gradually to liquid ingredients, beating until batter is smooth.
Stir in the cheese.
Divide the batter evenly among 8 greased, preheated 5-ounce heat-resistant glass custard cups or wells of iron popover pan.
Bake at 400°F 35 to 40 minutes, or until popovers are a deep golden brown.
