Parmesan Pesto Recipe
Ingredients
8 to 10 cups basil leaves
2 cups olive oil
6 ounces Parmesan cheese, grated
10 to 12 garlic cloves, chopped
8 ounces pine nuts or walnuts
Directions
Wash the basil and shake dry.
Combine the basil and olive oil in a food processor container and pulse.
Add the Parmesan cheese, garlic and pine nuts, processing slowly after each addition to combine.
