Ingredients
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. ground round steak
1/4 c. flour
1 c. beef bouillon
1 4-oz. can sliced mushrooms
Directions
Combine crumbs, cheese, egg, milk, onion, monoso- dium glutamate, salt and pepper with ground steak; shape into balls.
Place meatballs in shallow greased baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees until browned.
Re- move meatballs from pan.
Blend flour into pan drip- pings; add bouillon and mushrooms.
Stir until smooth and blended; add meatballs to sauce.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve over rice.
