Parmesan Dijon Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups coarse bread crumbs
1/3 cup melted margarine
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2/3 cup Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons white wine
6 to 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Directions
Preheat the oven to 500 degrees.
Combine the bread crumbs, margarine and Parmesan cheese in a shallow bowl.
Combine the mustard and wine in another shallow bowl; mix well.
Rinse the chicken and pat dry.
Coat the chicken with the mustard mixture and roll in the bread crumb mixture.
Arrange in a greased 15xl8 inch baking pan.
Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned and chicken is cooked through.
