Ingredients

 Butter margarine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Spaghetti - 10 oz, cooked nd drained
 Parmesan cheese 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Eggs3
 Mushrooms1 Can (10oz), chopped
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Spaghetti sauce - 1 jar

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Lightly oil a 5-cup microwave ring mould

MAKING
2. In a large bowl, add butter/margarine and hot cooked spaghetti, lift the spaghetti until the fat melts
3. Add parmesan cheese, eggs, mushrooms and parlsey into it and tip into the oiled mould
4. Microwave at HIGH for five minutes; cover with foil and keep warm
5. Add the spaghetti sauce into a one quart casserole with lid; cover and microwave for five minutes at HIGH; stir at half time
6. Slide a knife around the edge of the mould to loosen the ring and tip into a serving plate

SERVING
7. Serve with spaghetti sauce
