Directions

GETTING READY
1. Using a round cookie cutter, cut out 2 circles out of each bread slice, measuring about 2 inch each.

MAKING
2. Apply butter on one side of each bread circle and transfer to a baking sheet.
3. Broil the buttered side until it turns slightly browned.
4. In a mixing bowl,add cream cheese, light mayonnaise, green onions, tobasco sauce and parmesan cheese, mix well.
5. Flip the bread circles to keep the buttered side down.
6. Spread the mixture on the bread rounds, dredge with parmesan cheese, and arrange them on the baking sheet.
7. Broil for few minutes, until puffy and light brown.

SERVING
8 Serve with your choice of beverage.

TIP
These puffs can be stored for later use. Before the final broiling, store in a plastic bag. Thaw and broil when required.
