Parmesan Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients
| Soft bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| 1 egg, slightly beaten | ||
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Monosodium glutamate | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Round steak | 1 Pound | |
| Flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 c. beef bouillon | ||
| Sliced mushrooms | 1 4 Ounce | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Combine crumbs, cheese, egg, milk, onion, monosodium glutamate, salt and pepper with ground steak; shape into balls.
Place meatballs in shallow greased baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees until browned.
Remove meatballs from pan.
Blend flour into pan drippings; add bouillon and mushrooms.
Stir until smooth and blended; add meatballs to sauce.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve over rice.
