Delicious Parmesan Chive Egg Souffle Recipe Video

You can have a dinner party or lunch party and serve Parmesan chive egg souffle. When you hear the word souffle, you are going to shiver up your spine and you collapse. It's a very simple thing and very rustic, perfect for a nice little lunch party.

Ingredients

 
4 eggs
 
2 tbsp half and half
 
3 tbsp Parmigiano red chiano cheese
 
2 tbsp fresh mint chives
 
1 tbsp butter

Directions

Break the eggs in a bowl and add some kosher salt and black pepper.

Add 2 tbsp of half and half.

Start whisking and add 3 tbsp of Parmigiano red chiano cheese. Add 2 tbsp of fresh mint chives.

Whisk for some more time.

Take a oven safe dish and rub the surface with 1 tbsp of butter. Make sure you cover the sides with butter as well.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake for few minutes and egg souffle with Parmesan cheese and chive is ready.
