Preheat oven to 375°F.
1.On a cutting board sprinkle half of the Parmesan cheese.
2.Place the puff pastry on the cutting board sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
3.Now generously Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs.
4.Roll the puff pastry evenly to about 1/8 inch thickness.
5.Cut about 1/4 inch thick strips lenghwise with the help of a pizza cutter.
6.Give each strip a double twist and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
7.Bake for about 10-12 minutes.
8. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
9.Serve with soups, salads and stews.
