Parmesan Baked Fish Recipe
Ingredients
| Fish fillets | 4 4 Ounce, frozen | |
| Nonstick spray coating | ||
| 1/3 cup reduced calorie mayonnaise | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Snipped chives | 2 Tablespoon, sliced | |
| 1/2 teaspoon white wine Worcestershire sauce | ||
Directions
Thaw fish, if frozen.
Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels.
Spray a 10x6x2 inch baking dish with nonstick spray coating; set aside.
In a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, chives or green onion, and Worcestershire sauce.
Spread mayonnaise mixture over fish fillets.
Bake, uncovered, in a 450° oven for 12 to 15 minutes or till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
