Parmesan Baked Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| 180 ml fine dry bread crumbs | ||
| Parsley flakes | 60 Milliliter, dried | |
| Parmesan cheese | 80 Milliliter, grated | |
| Butter | 60 Milliliter | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 4-170 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts | ||
| Salt | 3 Milliliter | |
| Pepper | 1 Milliliter | |
Directions
Combine the bread crumbs, parsley and cheese together in a small mixing bowl.
Melt the butter in a skillet and add the garlic, cook for 1 minute over low heat.
Dip the chicken in the butter then dredge through the bread crumbs, place in a small casserole dish.
Season with the salt and pepper and brush with the remaining butter.
Bake in a preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 45 minutes.
