Parma Noodles Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 pound prosciutto, cut into very thin strips | ||
| Light cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup Meat-Mushroom Sauce | ||
| Wide egg noodles | 6 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
Melt butter in 2-quart saucepan; add prosciutto and cook 1 minute.
Stir in cream and Meat-Mushroom Sauce.
Simmer gently 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
Combine noodles, sauce and Parmesan cheese; toss well.
Stir in cream and Meat-Mushroom Sauce.
